Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Hold The Standard iOS app. By downloading or using Hold The Standard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hold The Standard for your own personal goal-execution purposes, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its providers
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Abuse the AI features to generate harmful or prohibited content

The AI Mission Architect produces suggested plans based on the text you provide. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for guidance only. You are responsible for deciding how to act on it. Hold The Standard is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Hold The Standard is free to start. The Operator Tier is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. AI features depend on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable.

You may stop using Hold The Standard at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Hold The Standard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
