You're in control
Hold The Standard keeps your mission data on your device and collects very little elsewhere. Still, you have clear choices over any information connected to your use of the app.
Access & export your data
Your missions, steps, and streaks live inside the app on your device. To request an export of any data associated with your subscription, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Export".
Delete your data
Deleting Hold The Standard from your device permanently removes all missions, steps, and streak history stored locally. To request deletion of any subscription-related records, email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion".
Manage permissions
- Notifications — turn reminders on or off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Hold The Standard.
- Subscription — view or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
No sale or tracking
Hold The Standard does not sell your personal information and does not use cross-app advertising trackers, so there is no advertising opt-out to perform.
Making a request
When you contact us, include the email associated with your Apple subscription (when relevant) so we can verify and process your request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
