Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hold The Standard ("Hold The Standard", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Hold The Standard iOS app. Hold The Standard is built to keep your data minimal and, wherever possible, on your own device. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.

Your missions, legs, evolutions, next steps, focus sessions, streaks, daily briefings, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not maintain a copy of this content on our servers.

When you choose to generate a mission plan, the objective text, the optional "why it matters" note, and your target timeline are sent over an encrypted connection to our AI processing provider so a plan can be drafted and returned to you. This text is used only to generate your plan. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

The Operator Tier is processed by Apple and managed on our behalf by RevenueCat, our subscription infrastructure provider. They process a non-identifying purchase identifier and entitlement status so the app knows whether your subscription is active. Apple handles all payment details; Hold The Standard never sees your card number or full payment information.

If you enable reminders, Hold The Standard schedules local notifications on your device. Permission is only requested when you explicitly turn a reminder on. You can revoke notification access at any time in iOS Settings.

Hold The Standard does not request your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. We do not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms and may store information on servers located outside your country.

Because mission content lives on your device, deleting the Hold The Standard app removes that data. Subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as required for billing. To request deletion of any data we may hold, contact us at [email protected] .

Hold The Standard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
